Terms of Service

IndexPilot helps you submit URLs to search engines and manage your SEO integrations such as Google Search Console and Google Business Profile. You may use the service for any lawful website you own or are authorized to manage.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Please don't use IndexPilot to:

• Submit URLs for sites you don't own or have permission to manage.
• Distribute spam, malware, or content that violates any law.
• Attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Resell the service without a written agreement with us.

When you connect Google Search Console or Google Business Profile, you're also agreeing to Google's terms. We only request the scopes needed to provide the features you use, and you can disconnect at any time from your integrations page.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

We work hard to keep IndexPilot available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Search engine quotas, third-party outages, and maintenance can occasionally affect indexing speed.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk. On termination, your data will be deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

IndexPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we'll let you know by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after updates means you accept the new terms.
