• Account info: name, email, and login credentials.
• Website data: URLs you submit, sitemap data, and indexing logs.
• Google integration data: OAuth tokens and read access to your Search Console and Business Profile properties, only at the scopes you approve.
• Usage data: basic analytics like pages visited and feature usage.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor — we don't store full card numbers.

• Provide and improve the IndexPilot service.
• Submit URLs to search engines on your behalf.
• Show analytics, indexing status, and integration data in your dashboard.
• Send important account, billing, and security notifications.
• Detect abuse, fraud, and keep the platform secure.

IndexPilot's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Search Console and Business Profile data to provide features visible to you in the dashboard. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except for support with your consent or when required by law.

We don't sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, database, email).
• Search engines and Google APIs you've connected — only to fulfill your requests.
• Authorities when required by law.

We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and row-level security in our database. OAuth tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically. No system is perfect, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we're required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

• Access, update, or download your data from your account settings.
• Disconnect Google integrations anytime from the integrations page.
• Delete your account to remove your data.
• Email us to exercise any privacy rights you have under local law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a small amount of analytics to understand how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

IndexPilot is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

If we make meaningful changes, we'll notify you by email or an in-app message. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
